Director for GenAI-based Cybersecurity

We are looking for a visionary and driven business development director to join our team and help shape the go-to-market strategy and grow our Gen AI based cybersecurity business. This is a senior role reporting to the’s chief strategy officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential enterprise customers, partners, and stakeholders in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients at the C-suite (e.g., enterprise CIO’s, CISO’s) and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to create and implement effective business development strategies and plans.
  • Lead cross-functional business development initiatives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that align with the’s vision, mission and values.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, budgets, and reports to senior management and external parties.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and media outlets.
  • Collaborate with the chief strategy officer and other internal stakeholders to align business development activities with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field; master’s degree or MBA is preferred
  • Proven experience as a business development or sales leader in the high technology sector related to the cybersecurity or AI domains
  • 10 years of sales, business development, or marketing experience.
  • Experience in identifying channel partners and establishing business relationships with them.
  • Strong relationships with CIOs and CISOs in a range of enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required.


The national pay range for our technical roles is $100,000-$500,000. The national pay range for our non-technical roles is $75,000-$470,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and aligned with’s internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
