Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Santa Clara California. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable applications. As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the stack, from the database to the frontend, to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain: Design, build, test, and deploy web applications and APIs that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into efficient, high-quality solutions.
• Architect and Design: Drive the architectural decisions for new projects and services, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and Optimize: Debug, test, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering.

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience and above
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in both frontend and backend development. Familiarity with frameworks such as [React, Angular, or Vue for frontend, React is preferred] and [Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails for backend, Node.js is preferred].
• Languages: Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and one or more backend languages (e.g., Python, Java, Ruby).
• Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD practices.
• APIs: Experience designing and working with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitFlow).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or above degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• IM Development: IM development experience such as Slack, Microsoft Teams is a plus
• AI Development: AI agent or AI application experience is a plus
