Position overview:

A Sales Engineer to deliver the value of the Aurascape solution to drive revenue and lead technical efforts in the sales process. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical point person for prospects and customers. Your expertise will guide customers through technical evaluations and onboarding, addressing unique challenges and demonstrating how our solution meets customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a trusted advisor – understand customer needs, requirements, and integrate the Aurascape solution into customer environment
  • Lead Aurascape product demonstrations for both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Collaborate with multiple teams within the organization to provide a technical prospective on prospect and customer deployments
  • Deploy Proof of Values within the sales process to showcase our solution
  • Engage with customers regularly to ensure successful adoption and usage of the Aurascape solution
  • Track sales activities and report on progress using Hubspot CRM software, providing insights and feedback to the leadership team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging threats in the mobile landscape to effectively position our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical sales or technical implementation role within cyber security. Previous use of Jira, GitHub, and Confluence platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and creating efficiencies
  • Cybersecurity certification is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
