Your Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information. Please note we do not sell personal information and we do not knowingly sell the personal information of any individuals under the age of 16. Under the CPRA, California residents also have the right to opt-out of the sharing of their personal information. As mentioned above, we share your personal information with our service providers, our business partners, third party payment processors, with our affiliated companies and with legal/regulatory authorities when we are required to do so. Your request to delete personal information that we have collected may be denied if we conclude it is necessary for us to retain such personal information under one or more of the exceptions listed in the CCPA.

Your Right to Correct: Under the CPRA, California residents have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we maintain about you, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes for which we are processing such personal information.
